Sa baril...

Talagang totoo ang kasabihan na pag sa baril ka nabuhay sa baril ka rin mamamatay, matagal na palang may arrest warrant yan eh! bakit di mahuli huli?? tingnan natin ang gagawin ng VACC...

Volunteers against Crime and Corruption, WAKE UP!

Now that the Belisario family exposed Noel Orate as murderer from a 19-year old crime, I hope that the Volunteers against Crime and Corruption can get their act together and stay on the real side of justice and the victims of Noel Orate who are the Belisario family and the Daza-Robes hostage victims. Not because Orate died, he is automatically a victim. Belisario siblings were courageous in speaking the truth.

Propaganda my foot!

I personally know the Belisario family and everything that they've recounted is true. They have no connection to the Dazas in any way. The only reason they came out with this information was because they felt it was an insult to their father's memory that the man who took his life is garnering sympathy from appearing as a victim vs a perceived powerful family. They only wanted people to know that Noel Orate Sr. was not the saint that his children are painting him out to be. He was a man who shot Agapito Belisario FIVE TIMES in front of his four children.

He had three outstanding warrants of arrest for homicide, illegal possession of firearms (filed in the RTC 14 and MTC with case nos. 11766; 12071 and 36115-2195) and serious physical injuries. The latter came about because after Orate Sr. shot the victim, his children tried to take the gun away from him. He ended up pointing it at the victim’s eldest daughter’s head and squeezing the trigger but luckily, it failed to go off or else there would have been two dead people that night. He instead hit her on the head with the butt of his gun.

The members of the Belisario family are not publicity-hungry individuals. Agapito Belisario’s wife and two of his four children are respected educators of the Western Mindanao State University while another is a law grad from the same university. They are merely a family trying to preserve the memory of a good man who was taken too soon from them and are trying to claim what little justice they can after 19 long years.
